Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, development, or multi-site environments.
• Experience independently managing multiple concurrent capital projects is preferred.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple capital projects from scope development through turnover and opening.
• Develop budgets, schedules, forecasts, and risk logs; report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and brand partners to execute projects.
• Align project execution with operations, merchandising, and business objectives.
• Lead meetings, monitor progress, assess safety, and ensure quality standards.
• Prepare closeout documentation and support handover to Operations.
