Qualifications

• Eight years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
• PHR or SPHR certification required.
• Nonprofit experience preferred; AmeriCorps program experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR compliance and employment laws across the organization.
• Lead payroll processing and benefits administration for staff and AmeriCorps members.
• Develop, implement, and revise personnel policies and procedures to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate staff trainings and LMS updates and onboarding programs.
