Job summary

SLS Consultants LLC, a leading real estate development and construction consulting firm, is hiring an Owner's Representative Project Manager for a major hyperscale data center program in the Dallas market. The role requires working on-site with developers, contractors, and operations teams to drive projects from preconstruction through turnover.

Ideal candidates bring strong field experience married with project management expertise and can influence outcomes without direct authority.

Qualifications

7+ years of construction, project management, or owner's representative experience.
Experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
Strong understanding of scheduling, project controls, and change management.

Responsibilities

Represent the owner throughout the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through turnover.
Manage third-party developers and ensure alignment with owner objectives.
Drive project schedules and hold stakeholders accountable to key milestones.
Review project risks, change orders, RFIs, and schedule impacts.
Support constructability reviews during design and preconstruction.
Coordinate between operations, development, design, and construction teams.
Monitor day-to-day field activities and proactively resolve project issues.
Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities.
