Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our established practice. You will oversee the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam and planning to delivery of care, collaborating across in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

This part-time role offers a competitive daily rate and a comprehensive benefits package. You will have opportunities for continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network and internal CE events.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
