42North Dental is seeking a dentist to join a practice focused on delivering healthy, confident smiles. The role includes providing full clinical care from exams to complex treatments, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The position offers part-time hours, including two Saturdays per month, and access to exclusive continuing education and Harvard Rounds Network events, with benefits that vary by full-time status.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program
• Active state dental license required
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented
• Malpractice insurance demonstrated
• BLS/CPR certification current

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
• Stay updated on new developments and continuing education.

Formation

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
