Job summary

Aspire Surgical is seeking a detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our specialty surgical team in Utah. You will manage patient scheduling, present financial treatment plans, and ensure accurate insurance verification while supporting office efficiency and a positive patient experience.

Ideal candidates are calm under pressure, customer-focused, and able to collaborate with dentists and administrative staff to maintain smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a dental office or healthcare administrative role preferred.
• Working knowledge of dental terminology, treatment planning, and insurance processes.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient scheduling to support provider productivity and practice efficiency.
• Prepare, present, and review financial treatment plans with patients.
• Follow up with patients regarding proposed treatment plans and assist with scheduling next steps.
• Verify insurance benefits, coverage, and fee schedules to provide accurate estimates and breakdowns.
• Communicate treatment fees, document financial arrangements, and confirm patient payment commitments.
• Assist patients with insurance forms and ensure accurate documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patient questions regarding treatment, scheduling, and finances.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management system.
• Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
