Job description

Treatment Coordinator at Aspire Surgical

Aspire Surgical is seeking a skilled and dependable Treatment Coordinator to join our specialty surgical team. With a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and safe, high-quality surgical experiences, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a professional, fast-paced surgical environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and dedicated to patient safety and comfort.

The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting patient care and practice operations by managing patient scheduling, coordinating patient flow, and presenting financial treatment plans. This position serves as a bridge between patients, clinical teams, and administrative staff to help ensure a smooth, informed, and positive patient experience while supporting office efficiency and production goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate patient scheduling to support provider productivity, hygiene flow, and overall practice efficiency.
  • Prepare, present, and review financial treatment plans with patients, ensuring clear understanding of recommended care and financial expectations.
  • Follow up with patients regarding proposed treatment plans and assist with scheduling the next steps.
  • Verify insurance benefits, coverage, and fee schedules to provide accurate estimates and breakdowns.
  • Communicate treatment fees, document financial arrangements, and confirm patient payment commitments.
  • Assist patients with insurance forms and ensure accurate and complete documentation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for patient questions regarding treatment, scheduling, and financial concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within practice management software.
  • Collaborate closely with dentists, hygienists, office managers, and patient coordinators to ensure seamless patient flow.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a dental office or healthcare administrative role preferred.
  • Working knowledge of dental terminology, treatment planning, and insurance processes.
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.

What Makes You Successful:

  • You genuinely care about providing an exceptional patient experience.
  • You are dependable, organized, and prepared.
  • You anticipate needs and take initiative rather than waiting to be asked.
  • You maintain composure and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • You communicate clearly and work well with doctors and fellow team members.
  • You take pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and professional clinical environment.
  • You are eager to learn, grow your clinical skills, and contribute to the success of the practice.

Why Join Us?

We believe our team members are at the heart of exceptional patient care. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinical professionals in a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued. We are committed to supporting your professional growth while providing a positive and rewarding workplace.
