Aspire Surgical is seeking a detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our specialty surgical team. You will manage patient scheduling, coordinate patient flow, and present financial treatment plans to patients to ensure clear understanding and comfortable financial decisions.

The role interfaces with dentists, hygienists, and staff to maintain accurate records and smooth operations, while verifying insurance coverage and explaining treatment options.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a dental office or healthcare admin preferred.
• Familiarity with dental terminology, treatment planning, and insurance processes.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software recommended (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient scheduling to support provider productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare, present, and review financial treatment plans with patients.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain costs to patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with clinical and admin teams.
• Assist with insurance forms and document financial arrangements.
