Job summary

North American Dental Group is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our Miami-area dental office. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and present treatment plans while helping to keep the schedule aligned with production targets.

The role also involves preparing production reports and educating patients on planned treatments. Successful candidates will have at least 1 year in a dental setting, strong multitasking and customer service skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 1 year dental experience.
• Excel in multi-tasking and time management.
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional with excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Experience in dental or medical field with scheduling and verifying insurance preferred.
• Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, dental software, and ability to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and schedule patients, collect co-payments, present treatment plans.
• Work to ensure schedules meet production goals.
• Develop reports on production goals.
• Advocate and educate in creating treatment plans for dental care.
