Relax and Smile Dental Care in Downtown Miami seeks a dedicated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join a modern practice. The role focuses on presenting treatment plans, coordinating care from diagnosis to completion, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Candidates should have 3+ years in a similar role, strong communication, and organizational skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; Open Dental experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Dental Treatment Coordinator experience.
• Proven success presenting treatment plans and increasing case acceptance.
• Experience with insurance verification and financing (CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Open Dental experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans.
• Verify insurance and discuss financial options.
• Coordinate patient care from diagnosis to completion.
• Schedule treatment and follow up on unscheduled cases.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience.
