Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present treatment plans and financial estimates to patients.
• Schedule patient treatment appointments and reschedule as needed.
• Manage doctor and hygiene schedules to optimize appointment time.
• Assist patients with financial arrangements and pre-authorizations.
• Handle treatment paperwork, consent forms, and HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team and promote teamwork.
