Responsibilities

• Explain treatment plans to patients and highlight the importance of care.
• Assist patients through financial options and payment plans.
• Provide feedback to improve financial and patient care outcomes.
• Encourage commitment to financial arrangement protocols.
• Guide patients through office flow to arrange follow-up appointments.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, HIPPA, ADA, DOL and company policies.
