You will greet patients, manage the front desk, and schedule appointments using Denticon, ensuring data accuracy in a warm, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1–2 years of administrative experience.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Real ID before starting.
• Preferred experience in a dental office and knowledge of dental software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage a welcoming reception area.
• Organize workflow, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Answer a multi-line phone system with friendly, professional etiquette.
• Schedule appointments using Denticon and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform daily close-out procedures and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Build positive relationships with patients and provide excellent customer service.
