Gentle Dental is hiring for full-time and part-time Treatment Coordinators at our Vancouver, WA offices. You will guide patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance and communicate financial options with care and clarity.

The role requires 1–2 years of front-office experience in a medical setting, strong computer skills (QSI/Denticon a plus), and the ability to discuss treatment plans and costs with patients. Bilingual applicants are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy a must (QSI/Denticon a plus).
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
