Job summary

Gentle Dental Hazel Dell in Vancouver, WA is hiring Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance in a fast-paced dental office. You will present treatment plans, discuss costs, and coordinate scheduling while delivering exceptional patient service.

We welcome applicants who are bilingual and have 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting; knowledge of QSI/Denticon is a plus and previous experience in presenting treatment options is preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate a must (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).
• Bilingual a plus
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• From the first appointment to the last, lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!
