Job summary

Gentle Dental in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from diagnosis through acceptance. You will clearly communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment, guiding patients from the first appointment to the final outcome of a healthy smile.

The role requires 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting; familiarity with QSI/Denticon is a plus, and bilingual abilities are beneficial.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and treatment options to patients.
• Lead patients from first appointment to last toward a happy and healthy smile.
• Present treatment plans and discuss costs with patients.
