Gentle Dental East Ridge in Vancouver, WA is hiring a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients' full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will communicate financial planning and options based on the proposed treatment, guiding patients from the first appointment to the last toward a happy, healthy smile.

The role requires 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting, computer literacy (QSI/Denticon a plus), and ideally bilingual abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients' full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
