Job summary

Gentle Dental East Ridge in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will communicate financial options and guide patients through the process from first appointment to final smile.

Candidates should have 1–2 years front office medical experience, be computer literate (QSI/Denticon a plus), and may benefit from bilingual abilities. Full-time positions available with benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate is a must; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual a plus; experience presenting treatment plans and costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to the last toward a happy, healthy smile.
