Gentle Dental East Ridge in Vancouver, WA is hiring for full-time and part-time Treatment Coordinators who guide patients from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance and explain financial options. From the first appointment to the last, you help patients achieve a happy and healthy smile.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting, strong computer skills (QSI/Denticon a plus), and may be bilingual.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage patients full cycle from diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
