Job summary

Gentle Dental East Ridge in Vancouver, WA is hiring full-time and part-time Treatment Coordinators to guide patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will clearly present treatment plans, discuss costs, and help patients choose affordable care options while coordinating scheduling and follow-up.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a medical front office, are computer literate (Denticon/QSI a plus), and are bilingual.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy required; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to final treatment and ensure satisfaction.
