The Smilist in West Chester, PA is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly, professional dental team. You will handle front desk tasks, verify insurance, and present treatment plans to patients to help grow our practice.

We offer competitive pay of $22–$25 per hour, full-time schedule Monday through Friday, and benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, plus opportunities for continuing education and growth within the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dental Receptionist for at least 1 year.
• Dentrix experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receptionist tasks include answering the office phone and distributing calls or messages accordingly.
• Checking-in patients (verifying insurance and confirming patient information).
• Creating and presenting treatment plans to patients.
• Collecting payments.
• Communicating patient’s arrival promptly.
• Managing administrative records.
• Ensure office success by getting patients into the office.
