Qualifications

• Familiarity with Dentrix is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Answering the office phone and routing calls accordingly.
• Checking-in patients, verifying insurance and information.
• Collecting payments and ensuring accurate records.
• Communicating patient arrival promptly.
• Managing administrative records and office workflow.
