The Smilist Dental is seeking a reliable Dental Patient Coordinator to join our warm, professional team in Shillington, PA. You will handle front desk tasks, verify insurance, collect payments, and ensure patients are welcomed and scheduled efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as dental receptionist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team.
• Dentrix experience preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer the office phone and route messages.
• Check-in patients and verify insurance.
• Collect payments.
• Confirm patient information and arrival.
• Maintain administrative records.
• Encourage patients to schedule visits.
