Responsibilities

• Manage and present treatment plans to patients, ensuring they understand options.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth patient flow.
• Input, track, and update patient information and treatment plans in Eaglesoft.
• Assist with insurance verification, billing, and financial discussions with patients.
• Act as a liaison between the dentist and patient to communicate treatment goals.
• Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and progress with treatment plans.
