Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient records and correspondence for efficient communication.
• Coordinate with front desk staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Stay updated on dental treatments, procedures, and insurance policies.
• Address patient concerns promptly and escalate as needed.
