Responsibilities

• Maintain a productive, organized schedule.
• Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out professionally.
• Answer calls, emails, and texts promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate scheduling, treatment, and patient follow-up.
• Review treatment plans, consent forms, insurance estimates, and financial arrangements with patients.
• Discuss payment options and collect payments.
• Educate patients to move forward with recommended treatment.
• Coordinate communication between patients, insurance companies, and the clinical team.
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and overdue recalls to maintain productivity.
• Assist with insurance verification, predeterminations, and other admin tasks.
• Use Archy and other digital systems confidently to manage patient information.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance patient experience.
