Old Settlers Dental in Round Rock, TX seeks a friendly Treatment Coordinator to present treatment plans, explain financial options, verify insurance, and coordinate scheduling for a seamless patient experience.

Formación

• 2+ years of dental office experience in a Treatment Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements with patients.
• Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and scheduling procedures.
• Strong computer skills; experience with dental practice management software preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with a positive and compassionate approach.
• Experience answering multi-line phone systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Present treatment plans and explain recommended procedures, benefits, and financial options to patients.
• Help patients understand insurance coverage, estimated costs, and payment arrangements.
• Coordinate treatment scheduling to maximize patient convenience and office efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with patients through exceptional customer service and communication.
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling, treatment questions, and office information.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing-related inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team members to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Support front office operations, including scheduling, patient communications, and administrative tasks.
• Create a welcoming and professional first impression for every patient.
