Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to contact for patients regarding treatment plans and PPO coverage questions.
• Coordinate with insurance providers to obtain benefit breakdowns and explain patient obligations.
• Keep multiple tasks moving including chart audits and scanning.
• Update patient medical history and contact details as needed.
• Prepare digital charts for the next day's visits and fill scheduling gaps.
