Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and ability to build rapport.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM preferred.
• Willingness to learn periodontal terminology and dental processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, and texts promptly and professionally.
• Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain an organized schedule.
• Explain treatment plans, costs, insurance, and financing to patients.
• Discuss costs and collect payments professionally.
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and overdue recalls.
• Document important patient communications and follow-up.
• Use Archy and other systems to manage patient information.
