Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome patients with concierge care.
• Answering phones promptly and respond to messages.
• Maintain accuracy of patient health records, insurance details, and procedure coding.
• Collaborate with Office Manager for smooth daily operations.
• Present financial breakdowns to patients according to the treatment plan.
• Provide insight into the practice and support through direct reports as needed.
• Implement policy changes and maintain compliance with regulations.
