Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental administrative experience.
• Dentrix experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Ability to accurately review treatment plans and explain patient financial responsibilities and costs clearly.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits, coverage, and copays for upcoming appointments.
• Contact patients when insurance information needs to be updated or clarified.
• Communicate estimated out-of-pocket costs before appointments so patients know what to expect.
• Present treatment plans after they have been reviewed by the clinical team.
• Answer patient questions about treatment, insurance, account balances, and costs.
• Enter treatment plans accurately and efficiently as directed.
• Assist with scheduling and answering phones as part of our team-based approach.
• Step in wherever needed to support your teammates and create an exceptional patient experience.
• Take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through from start to finish.
