Affordable Dentures & Implants is seeking a motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through treatment plans, coordinate care, and create an exceptional patient experience. You will connect patients with doctors and the office team, educate on options, and help overcome barriers to complete treatment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, healthcare, dental, or patient coordination experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred.
• Experience with dental treatment planning, patient consultations, or case acceptance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Review doctor-prescribed treatment plans with patients and ensure understanding.
• Educate patients on treatment options, insurance benefits, financing, and payment options.
• Build strong patient relationships and identify barriers to treatment completion.
• Follow up with patients to encourage scheduling and completion of treatment.
• Coordinate treatment scheduling and maintain an efficient patient flow.
