Community Dental Partners is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to work closely with the dentist and front-office staff at Family Smiles Boerne/West Bandera. You will assist patients by explaining treatment options not offered elsewhere and help ensure smooth workflow in a high-energy dental practice.

The role emphasizes patient communication, insurance explanations, and collaboration with the billing, clinical, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand day-to-day duties of front office staff.
• Engage in clinical conversations with patients about proposed treatments.
• Prepare consent forms and obtain parental approval before treatment.
• Explain insurance benefits, out-of-pocket costs, and financing options.
• Collect fees per patient’s insurance or visit.
• Assist the office manager with sending claims and coding.
• Understand pre-authorizations, narratives, and PA submissions.
• Support the Greeter and Insurance Specialist.
• Maintain front office area and perform other duties as assigned.
