Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans clearly and discuss procedures, benefits, and next steps.
• Drive case acceptance by addressing concerns and financing options.
• Follow up with patients to convert unscheduled plans into appointments.
• Discuss fees, insurance estimates, financing, and payment arrangements.
• Coordinate with doctors to ensure accuracy from diagnosis to scheduling.
• Monitor acceptance, unscheduled treatment, and production metrics.
• Support monthly production and collection targets.
• Deliver exceptional patient service and build trust.
• Assist with scheduling, patient communication, and front office tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of discussions, concerns, and follow-ups in Open Dental.
• Identify barriers to acceptance and develop proactive solutions.
