Star Dental Partners in Kingwood, TX is seeking a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator to be the friendly face of a busy practice. You will manage calls, present treatment plans, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth patient flow with strong insurance knowledge.

The role requires 2+ years dental front office experience, excellent communication, and teamwork to support growth and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 2+ years dental front office experience
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
• Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
• Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
• Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
• Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
• Presenting treatment plans
• Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
• Appointment scheduling
• Requesting records
• Patient follow ups
• Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
