Dental Wellness of Anna in Anna, Texas is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. You will build relationships with patients, present treatment and financial options, and guide them to the next step in oral health.

You’ll support daily front office tasks including patient check-in/out, scheduling, answering phones, and assisting with administrative duties. A dental setting background and Dentrix familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a dental setting is required
• Treatment coordination experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented, dependable, and willing to jump in where needed
• Knowledge of Dentrix software

Responsibilities
