Gentle Dental East Ridge in Vancouver, WA seeks a Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from initial diagnosis through treatment acceptance. You’ll clearly explain financial options and help patients understand proposed care and costs.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate a must (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).
• Bilingual a plus
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead patients through the full cycle from diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Ensure patients understand costs and help schedule next steps.
