Gentle Dental Hayward is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from diagnosis through treatment acceptance. The role involves presenting treatment plans and discussing costs, guiding patients to decisions that lead to a healthy, confident smile.

You will coordinate scheduling, financial options, and communications with patients, ensuring a seamless patient experience in a busy dental office in Hayward, CA.

Competenze

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to last to achieve a happy and healthy smile.
