Gentle Dental in Hayward, CA is hiring Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will communicate financial planning and options based on the proposed treatment, guiding patients from the first appointment to the final smile.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy is required; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treatment Coordinators manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from the first appointment to the last for a happy and healthy smile.
