Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans to patients in a clear, compassionate, and confident manner
• Coordinate patient scheduling and follow up on pending treatment to ensure continuity of care
• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients in maximizing their coverage
• Discuss financial options, payment plans, and third-party financing to help patients move forward with treatment
• Serve as a liaison between patients and the clinical dental team
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation in the practice management system
• Support front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and phone inquiries as needed
