Warren County Dental Center in Washington, NJ is seeking a motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. You will bridge our clinical team and patients by explaining treatment options and guiding them toward healthier smiles.

In this patient-facing role, you’ll coordinate scheduling, verify insurance, discuss financing, and help patients move forward with treatment. You’ll support front desk activities and maintain accurate records in the practice management system.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental office or treatment coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with dental terminology, treatment planning, and insurance verification.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, or similar)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
