Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental treatment coordinating experience required.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance and benefits.
• Experience with treatment presentation and case acceptance.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Ability to build trust and connect with patients.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Experience with dental practice management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans and explain procedures with confidence and clarity.
• Discuss financial arrangements and payment options.
• Verify insurance benefits and maximize patient understanding of coverage.
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding treatment plans.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for comprehensive care.
• Build strong patient relationships and increase case acceptance.
• Work closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.
