Trenton Dental Group is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supported Dentists, educating patients and guiding them through treatment decisions to gain timely case acceptance. You will help patients understand options, overcome objections, and secure financing while supporting a Perfect Patient Experience and Patients for Life across the practice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Travel may be required between offices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with dentists to secure financial commitment from patients.
• Educate patients on treatment options and financial plans.
• Overcome patient objections and maintain PPE and PFL goals.
• Ensure pre-authorizations are obtained when needed.
• Support clinic in keeping schedules productive.
