Qualifications

• Previous Front Office Dental experience required.
• Knowledge of dental treatment plans and insurance requirements preferred.
• Ability to learn new programs including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check patients in and out for treatment.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and request records.
• Explain treatment plans and educate patients on benefits and financing options.
• Conduct financial consultations with patients and review payment options.
• Bill insurance, post payments, and estimate claims.
• Track accounts receivable and assist collections for outstanding balances.
