Job summary

Exceptional Dental of Central is seeking a friendly Treatment Coordinator to join our front desk team. The role focuses on patient-centered care, explaining treatment and financing options clearly to help patients decide.

You will schedule appointments, coordinate with specialists, collect payments, present financing plans, and maintain smooth daily operations while upholding high patient service standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a dental office preferred.
• Computer literacy required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to present financing options to patients and explain arrangements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments in consideration of production and capacity.
• Set up appointments with specialists and coordinate with them.
• Accept and record payments.
• Present financing options to patients and make necessary arrangements.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance per schedule and time-off policies.
• Retrieve and follow up on messages and emails regarding treatment and new appointments.
• Monitor schedule and patients waiting in reception area; notify staff of delays.
• Make courtesy calls for treatment follow-up.
