You will greet patients, answer phones, manage appointments, and support front desk operations while upholding the practice's financial integrity and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Previous front office dental experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dental practice software.
• Knowledge of dental treatment plans and insurance requirements preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between locations (if applicable).
• Teamwork and initiative are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check patients in/out; schedule appointments.
• Explain treatment plans and discuss financial options.
• Educate patients on dental benefits and billing policies.
• Handle insurance claims, post payments, and patient billing.
• Coordinate treatment scheduling and payment plans.
• Assist in education and outreach as needed.
