Clear Smiles Dental is seeking a motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator / Insurance Coordinator to join our front office full‑time. You will greet patients, coordinate treatment plans, verify benefits, collect payments, and ensure smooth communication between patients and the clinical team.

The ideal candidate is organized, service‑driven, bilingual, and capable of multitasking in a busy dental practice. Dentrix experience is a plus, and a positive team culture is offered.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office or dental customer service role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and dental office procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Professional, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients warmly in person and over the phone.
• Check-in/check-out procedures.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Confirm insurance eligibility and obtain documentation.
• Collect co-payments and process payments.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Coordinate transportation when needed.
• Make reminder and follow-up calls to patients.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Scan, file, and securely manage dental records.
• Support administrative needs of the office.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, infection control compliance.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive environment.
• Assist with special projects and additional duties.
