Responsibilities include collecting insurance information, verifying benefits, and entering billing and treatment details into Dentrix, while presenting plans clearly and arranging payment options.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience with treatment coordinating and dental insurance is a must.
• Super organized with great attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Dentrix (or willing to learn quickly!).

Responsabilités

• Meet with patients and walk them through treatment plans.
• Help with insurance questions and verify benefits.
• Enter billing, payments, and treatment details into the practice management system.
• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients.
• Help patients set up payment plans or third-party financing.
• Wrap up financial details at checkout.
