Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the dental field.
• Experience in dental treatment planning and insurance estimation.
• Strong front-office multitasking and scheduling skills.
• Proficiency with practice management software (Open Dental) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on treatments, benefits, and risks.
• Present costs, navigate insurance, handle financial objections, and arrange payments.
• Guide patients through financing options and collect payments/copays.
• Greet patients, check-in/check-out, and maintain a welcoming patient experience.
• Collaborate with clinicians and the Office Manager to resolve operational issues and support growth initiatives.
• Cross-train to assist with broader front-office duties.
