Qualifications

• Experience in patient service in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with dental terminology to communicate with clinicians and patients.
• Strong organizational and clerical skills to manage records and appointments.
• Ability to present treatment options and financing clearly to patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with inquiries about treatment options and procedures.
